Paul Adams

After working as a restaurant cook, a food journalist, and a science reporter and editor, Paul Adams (he/him) almost inevitably became the science research editor at Cook's Illustrated/America's Test Kitchen, where he specializes in fielding random questions and making things from scratch. In his off-hours he plays bridge, tinkers with equipment, dines out in Queens, fields random questions, and makes things from scratch.
