Ingredients: 2 pounds ripe but firm yellow, peaches, peeled, halved, and pitted; 2 cups, sugar; ⅔ cup, orange juice; ¾ teaspoon, salt; 5 , whole cloves; 3 , star anise pods; 3 , bay leaves; ¼ cup, dry mustard; ¼ cup, whole-grain mustard; 3 tablespoons, cider vinegar; ¼ teaspoon, cayenne pepper
